By accessing or using the Push Alert software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. License Grant

Push Alert grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Push Alert software. The scope of this license depends on the plan you purchased:

  • Starter License: Allows installation and use on a single domain.
  • Agency Pro License: Allows installation and use on unlimited domains owned by you or your clients.

You are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the core software components without explicit written permission.

3. Self-Hosting Responsibilities

Since Push Alert is self-hosted software, you are solely responsible for:

  • Provisioning and maintaining the server infrastructure.
  • Securing your server and backing up your database.
  • Ensuring your use of push notifications complies with local laws (such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Push Alert or its developers be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use of the software.
